An Oxnard Beach resident and property owner since 1985, Hal was born & raised in Tarzana in the San Fernando Valley. Over the years, Hal enjoyed fishing, boating, scuba diving in the Channel Islands and Snow Skiing. Music and photography have always been keen interests. In recent years he has become more interested in travel and cooking.

Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent,  Hal owned and operated his own retail & wholesale distribution business serving L. A. and Ventura County.
