River Ridge Golf Course

Established in the late 1980's, this area offers "patio homes", some on the fairways.  While still being moderately priced, many newer tracts surrounding this Oxnard Course make this area one of the best in western Ventura Country .

Las Posas Country Club

Estates consists of Golf Course houses for sale on the fairways or foothills, often with views.  This area has well established Camarillo neighborhoods and newer homes. Typically the lots are large and the homes range in size from 2000 square feet to 7000 square feet.

Saticoy Country Club 

This well established "out of the way" group of California Ranch style Gold Course homes in the unincorporated area between Camarillo and Ventura.

Spanish Hills Country Club

Golf Villas offer "patio homes" around 1600 square feet on smaller lots, typically about 4000 square feet. The Estate homes in this Camarillo neighborhood are typically custom built.

Sterling Hills Golf Club

 A near new tract of Golf Course homes in Camarillo. Moderate size, some with golf course views.
