The Rose
Off Rose Avenue and the 101, The Oxnard Auto Mall, Costco, Frys Electronics, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club, The Marketplace, Best Buy, Office Max, Sports Authority & Sports Chalet combine to offer one of the largest diverse concentrations of value shopping anywhere in Ventura County. Take the Rose Ave exit off the 101. Stores are located on both sides of the Freeway.
Pacific View Mall
This Mall offers key anchors: Macy's, Sears, Penny's, a food court, Mimi's Restaurant, Wood Ranch and numerous other places of interest. Located in mid-town Ventura, take the Main St. off ramp from the 101 and turn right.
The Loew's Home Improvement Warehouse is across the street and where the 101 meets Telephone Road, a newer center offers an expanded Barnes and Noble along with Kohl's, Pier 1 & Macaroni Grill.
Located in the recently remodeled north end of the complex is a new Trader Joe's, Target and BevMo, a warehouse style wine and liquor store.

The Esplanade, off Vineyard Ave and the 101 is home to one of the largest Home Depot Stores on the planet. Others include Bed, Bath & Beyond, Cost Plus World Market, Old Navy, BJ's Restaurant, Starbucks, In & Out Burger & Staples.
Mandalay Village Marketplace
The largest grocery store anchored shopping center in Ventura County. This center serves the Channel Islands and Hueneme Beach areas and features four banking institutions: Chase Bank, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, Navy Federal Credit Union & Wells Fargo Bank. Long's Drugs is now CVS Pharmacy and just a short distance away is a new Rite-Aid Drug Store, the Bank of America and CitiBank. Ralph's, recently remodeled rivals the newer Von's as an upscale, trendy shopping destination. Featured is one of the largest Starbucks around, the Real Estate agents personal favorite.
Seabridge Marketplace
This Von's anchored shopping center in the Channel Islands Marina, completed in 2006. On the corner of Victoria and Wooley Road, this center is a corner stone of the Seabridge and Westport developments in the Marina expansion.
This Von's is like none I have ever seen. It is more like a high-fashion department store than a grocery store. Featuring a large hot food eat-in/take-out, a Starbucks, pharmacy and enhanced produce department, this store is amazing.
Marina residents will be able to take small boats to the Center and dock, shop and cruise back home.
Centennial Plaza in downtown Oxnard
